3. Subscriptions (PRO Plan)
Payment: Subscriptions are managed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Pricing: The "PRO" package is priced at 29.99 USD (or local equivalent). Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your store account settings.
4. User Content
You retain all rights to the photos you upload to DresAura. By uploading content, you grant DresAura a license to process these images solely for the purpose of providing the app's features (e.g., background removal, outfit generation).
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to upload illegal, offensive, or infringing content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
DresAura provides suggestions based on AI and weather data. While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for any dissatisfaction or issues arising from the outfit recommendations provided. The "Physiognomy Report" and AI style tips are for entertainment and stylistic guidance purposes only.
7. Limitation of Liability
DresAura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
